Your Building's Health as a Structure
In accordance with Byelaw No 157 of the Co-op. Housing Societies, the Secretary should inspect the Society building from time to time to find out whether it needs any repairs. You can do this yourself using a suggested self survey form given below. Please follow these steps:

    1. With the form in your hand go around in your building visiting areas indicated.
    2. For each area, inspect the associated parameters.
    3. Grade the parameter on the scale … Very bad/ Bad/ Fair/ Good/ Very good.
    4. Enter your observations online and hit "Find Out!" to see the Report.

Alternatively, you may call us to do the survey for you for a nominal charge!
